Prerequisite(s):MAT 113 or MAT 135 or placement. This course is designed to provide a foundation in geometry for those students pursuing degrees in elementary education and in the arts. Topics studied include points, lines, planes, and angles; coordinates, two- and three- dimensional figures; transformations; symmetries and tessellations; similarity; and measurement.
