STL 220 - Introduction to Leadership II

Leadership II is the second of the two introductory courses for the President’s Leadership Academy. This course is a prerequisite for all 300 and 400-level Academy courses. This course addresses the practical challenges of leading with others, how to foster collaboration, and recognizing the accomplishments of other individuals and the group. Enrollment is limited to members of the Academy. Prerequisite: Leadership I. This course is graded on a Pass/Fail system.
