EDU 202 - Introduction to Child and Adolescent Development in the Educational Setting

EDU 202 studies the foundations and practice of education, the place of education in society, and the history of the American educational system. Students will also study the behavioral and cognitive learning theories necessary for understanding child development (birth-adulthood), including a focus on behavioral and cognitive learning theories, critical theory, and the motivation of the individual learner. Required for EEL, ELESE, EDDEL, SED/MAT, and SED/ENG majors and EDU Minor.
