STL 210 - Introduction to Leadership I

Leadership I is the first of two introductory courses for the President’s Leadership Academy. It is a prerequisite for all other Academy courses. This course focuses on identifying and articulating the leader’s personal values, developing shared values with others, and the process of creating a shared vision. Enrollment is limited to members of the Academy. This course is graded on a Pass/Fail system.
