Prerequisite(s):EDD 349. The purpose of this course is the study of the development of language skills in young deaf children (birth to grade three) and the patterns of instruction, interaction, and experience which facilitate that development. Particular attention will be given to experiential and mediated learning models. Offered fall semester.
