EEL 302 - Children’s Literature: Reading Across the Content Areas

Students will be immersed in a variety of quality children’s literature. Distinguishing features of fiction and nonfiction text, as well as strategies and techniques designed to facilitate reading comprehension across the content areas will be covered in this course. A 12-hour Service Learning requirement is included.
