Prerequisite(s):PSY 101 and nine hours of Psychology, and Junior/Senior standing. The course focuses on the intra- and interpersonal factors that relate to happiness, engagement, and meaning in life. Topics include: personal strengths, self-regulation, forgiveness, joy, virtue, and positive relationships.
